Trinity Purchasing was established in 2008 to help independent hotels benefit from centralised procurement – in the same way a big chain would.

Over the years, Trinity Purchasing has grown extensively and now proudly supports over 2,000 hospitality operators across Europe. There are dedicated local teams in Ireland, UK, The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany and some client relationships extend beyond, including members in Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Italy.

Trinity Purchasing was purchased by Avendra, an affiliate of Aramark in 2019 and became a part of the Avendra Group when it was launched in 2020. Avendra Group harnesses the resources and relationships of the leading names in procurement, including Trinity Purchasing, to bring the strongest experts in supply chain and procurement services together with customers and suppliers.

The Avendra Group collection of procurement services businesses manages over $14B in spend, through more than 1,200 supplier contracts and supports over 49,000 independent client locations across a range of diverse market segments, from hospitality and healthcare to leisure and education.
